  • Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Defective Items:

  • Upon verification, a replacement will be issued or store credit provided at our discretion.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders:

Return Authorization:

  • Any authorized return (limited to defective or incorrect items) must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping for approved cases is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
